copies of the Holy Quran in the National Assembly Secretariat in connection
with the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Constitution with the support of
Persian Iran-Pakistan Research Center and Iranian Cultural Consulate. Speaker
National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf said that the display of rare copies of
the Holy Quran on the 27th of Ramadan is highly commendable. He said that the public
and public representatives will get an opportunity to see rare copies of the
Holy Quran through this exhibition. He said that the agreed constitution of
1973 is based on Islamic democratic principles and is completely compatible
with the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Syed

common Islamic culture and traditions. He also thanked the Speaker of the
Assembly of Nations Raja Pervez Ashraf for his cooperation in organizing this
exhibition. The exhibition of the rare copies of the Holy Quran was organized
by the National Assembly Secretariat in collaboration with the Iranian
Consulate and the Iran-Pakistan Institute of Persian Studies. A large number of
parliamentarians, media representatives, students and public witnessed the
exhibition. Later, in a one-year response to media representatives, National
Assembly Speaker Raja Pervezashraf said that improving relations between Iran
and Saudi Arabia is important for regional peace and development.
