It should be noted that Mufti Abdul Shakoor was on his way to Secretary Chowk from the Marriott in Islamabad yesterday when a vehicle hit his vehicle on Shahrah-e-Dastur.

After the accident, Maulana Mufti Abdul Shakoor was shifted to the Polyclinic Hospital, but he could not recover.

Last day, Mufti Abdul Shakoor's funeral prayer was led by PDM Vijay UIF chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Jamia Darul Salam sector. Mufti Abdul Shakoor was buried in the graveyard of his native Tajbi Khel.

National Assembly members Mohsin Dawar, Maulana Muhammad Anwar, and Muhammad Khan Sherani participated in the funeral prayer and burial of Mufti Abdul Shakoor.

Kushman Bannu Division, Deputy Commissioner Lucky Marwat, JUI workers, and a large number of citizens also participated in the funeral prayer. The body of Mufti Abdul Shakoor was brought from Islamabad to Lakki Marwat this morning. A security plan was arranged by the police in the area, and police personnel were deployed at the funeral home and on the roads.
